Beef Creole

Ingredients

  • 1 ½ lbs blade steak

  • 4 tbs seasoned four

  • 2 or 3 pieces of bacon or bacon pieces

  • 2 tbs butter

  • 2 sliced onions

  • 1 cups stock

  • ½ lb tomatoes

  • ½ tsp dried herbs

  • Salt & pepper

Method

  • Cut meat into cubes, roll in flour
  • Melt butter and add meat until brown
  • Add onion and chopped bacon
  • Cook for another 5 minutes
  • Add herbs & stock and stir in the rest of the flour
  • Cover and continue cooking for about 15 minutes
  • Add chopped tomatoes and salt & pepper
